What can i put in my skip ?

Most waste can go into your skip, however the following are Prohibited in our Skips & classed as Hazardous Waste - these require specialist removal & disposal which we can arrange for you as an additional cost. Get in touch for advice : 01424 732643

We are unable to dispose of these following Hazardous Materials for you and are prohibited in our Skips :
  • Oil , petrol , Liquid Cement ,Creosote , & Any Liquids
  • Printing inks - there are companies that offer a recycling service
  • Solvents , Corrosives & Chemicals including Paint -
  • Donate your extra paint to charity here

Where can my skip go ?

Skips can be placed onto your private property - however the size may be restricted by access, please discuss your requirements with us on 01424 732643 or refer to our advice on our Skip Services here Alternatively, the skip can be placed on the street once you have acquired a road permit from East Sussex Highways They require at least 5 days notice to process the application so please bear this in mind when you book this with us , we are happy to provide this service for you Payment is made directly to them - and they last for 2 weeks ( or standard hire period for skips) Please note that skips placed on your private property are done so at your own risk ,please refer to our Terms & Conditions for further info.

This depends on what you want to dispose of and where you plan to place it. Commercial Service  - what waste can you take ?

Our wheelie bins take several types of waste. If you segregate your waste so we dont have to we can offer discounted rates for RECYCLABLE waste only. We can supply containers for General Waste , DMR ( Recyclable ) Glass and Cardbooard collections. We also offer a Food Waste Service for Commercial , Catering & Hospitality businesses. Refer to our guides here for extra help & information. Please be aware that if you are given a discounted rate and your recycling is contaminated with general waste - you will be charged the higher rate for disposal. Commercial Service - how long does it take to set up ?

Once you've agreed with us what containers you require, received and accepted your quote, we will issue you a contract and payment terms. We encourage as many of our customers to sign up with Direct Debit with us as it cuts down on admin costs and what we save is passed back to you and will be reflected in your tailor made quote. Once all of the relevant paperwork is completed, we will visit site and deliver your bins or bags. We are usually able to start your service within 7 days. What areas do you cover ?

Our main office is based in Bexhill and we operate our own WasteTransfer Site in Eastbourne . We pretty much cover most of East Sussex from Rye, up to Robertsbridge and across to Eastbourne, Polegate and Hailsham. It's always a good idea to call us to discuss your requirements - we are always happy to consider most locations within reasonable travelling distance !
