Dan our MD started a " Man & Van" service just over 16 years ago, with just a mobile phone after seeing a gap in the market for  house clearance services  - which is now a booming market .

 

Moving into skip Hire with "Just Mini Skips" the business quickly expanded and required moving into office premises with just himself

and his associate in West Station Goods Yard Bexhill.

More office support including Sales , Administration & Accounts team members followed, alongside providing Asbestos, Grab, Tipper

& Commercial Waste Wheelie Bin services,resulting in the need to acquire a dedicated Waste Transfer site, which Dan took over on Birch Close , Eastbourne in 2015, investing initially over £500,000 in the premises & £150,000 in plant.

In August 2020 during the pandemic  - the worst time in history for Small Independant Businessess  -we relocated the offices

to brand new premises alongside the opening of The Works Cafe on

5 Brett Drive, Bexhill offering a much larger Yard, Parking , reception areas & meeting rooms.

JM Waste Management now employs over 30 local residents and completely independantly owned  -

 

And The Works Cafe is building a reputation for one of the best places to eat in Bexhill ranked 32 out of 85 restaurants in Bexhill via TripAdvisor .
